Karla Bustamante

I have a Degree in International Trade from the UACJ (University of Ciudad Juarez) and I am about to start my Master's Degree.

In the past, I have always looked for the opportunity to work leading teams to achieve the best results we can, as the leadership subject is much of my interest and is one of my goals to become a great leader.

Currently, I work in Mexico Sourcing helping our clients on developing their projects in Mexico, as much as supporting our suppliers to be the best option for the client.

I consider myself a competitive person who is always searching for how to improve as an individual and support whoever is around me to do the same. I am always open to a good dialogue and never take anything for granted.

There´s a saying with which I identify myself: "everyone has limits, not everyone accepts them", so I work every day on not accepting mine.
